Problem:
This issue was reported to Lotus Quality Engineering, and was addressed in
Notes/Domino 5.0.10.

Calendar
SPR# GDOG52N5TW - Location information in Room/Resource "Accept" responses will
now say 'No room information available'.
Calendaring & Scheduling
SPR# RGUR45XR9P - Fixed a problem where room information was not appearing on
notices returned to the chairperson.
In Notes/Domino 6, regardless of whether the Chairperson adds text to the
Location field or reserves a room, every Calendar document, including the
accept/decline documents received by the Chair from the invitees or the room
contains where the meeting is supposed to take place.

Steps to Reproduce Problem When Reserving a Room:
1. Create an invitation and add at least one person to the Invite field on the
'Meeting Invitations & Reservations' tab.
2. On the same tab, invite a room.
3. Select the Save and Send Invitations action button.
4. Have the invitee accept the meeting.
5. Open the Inbox of your (chairperson's) mail file, and open the Accept notice
from the Invitee. Notice the Location contains: "- No Room Information
Available - ".
Steps To Reproduce Problem When Adding Text to the Location Field/Box:
1. Create an invitation and add at least one person to the Invite field on the
'Meeting Invitations & Reservations' tab.
2. In the Location field on the Basics tab, type "My Office" (Note: The
information you add can be any desired text; it can be an actual room or a
general location, etc.).
3. Select the Save and Send Invitations action button.
4. Have the invitee accept the meeting.
5. Open the Inbox of your (chairperson's) mail file, and open the Accept notice
from the Invitee. Notice under the Begins and Ends fields that the text, " -
No Room Information Available - " exists next to "Location:".
